Investor relations service for startups to launch in Austin

AngelSpan Inc, a California based investor relations service for startups is planning on opening an Austin office.  The goal of their service is to help startups engage and communicate with stakeholders and investors.  Typical clients are startups with more than $750,000 in investment capital and have the need to communicate regularly with more than 30 investors and stakeholders.

Typical clients pay $600 per month for AngelSpan to provide news releases and monthly updates to all the investors.  According to Joe Milam, CEO, investors want to be engaged and want consistent updates on the successes (and failures) of the startups they invest in.

Another similar company is Lago Vista based SmallCApVoice.com.  They also provide communications on behalf of startups as well as keeping them clear of regulatory violations.
