Known fashion brand Kenneth Cole announced on Friday that it will be closing all of its 63 outlet stores throughout the country within six months. The move, according to its CEO Marc Schneider, is because of the growing importance of e-commerce and international sales, prompting the brand to focus more on these areas and sell the products online. Some of the affected stores include the San Marcos Premium Outlets branch and the Round Rock Premium Outlet branch. Despite these closures, the brand will still be offered under their retailers and two full-priced stores of the company located in New York and Arlington, Virginia.
