If you lease office space and you are late on your rent payments you will typically be in default on your lease contract and the landlord will charge you late payment fees………… Unless you live in Waynesvill, Ohio and lease office space from Ron Kronenberger!
Ron Kronengerger, who owns an office building in Ohio recently SPANKED one of his tenants for being $2,800 behind on rent payments! He said “If your going to act like a child, I’m going to treat you like one”, and then proceded to spank his 29 year old tenant 4 times with a belt.
Obviously the landlord was charged with assault for doing this 🙂
Two questions I have……..
- Why would a landlord take it this far?
- Why in the world would the tenant ALLOW the landlord to do this to him?
