Austin Tenant Advisors recently represented Life Ki-do, a martial arts and life education academy in the search, selection, and negotiation of their new Austin retail lease located at 3636 Bee Caves Road. Their former space could not accomodate their parking needs and they simply had outgrown the space. At the new location they have plenty of parking for all of the students & parents, and even though the correct address says Austin, Tx they are located in the heart of Westlake which makes it very convenient for their students to get to and from practice.
