The development in St. Elmo’s Market and Lofts is filled with great plans of turning it into a venue of creative businesses focused on music. This project will be operated by GroundFloor Development. This will gain the reputation to be a smaller version of the Nashville’s Music Row.
The company is already starting its interviews for interested music businesses in Austin and in the areas of New York, Los Angeles and Nashville.
Brandon Bolin, the company’s CEO and founder, said that music establishments, retail, publicity, marketing and publishing operations will be the major tenants of the office space under development.
