Carla Harris of Morgan Stanley gave her views about how one can blossom in his or her chosen path of career. In her speech at the Business School of WFU, Harris said that in a business or a workplace, how people see you play a significant role in getting the promotion that you always wanted or in earning respect from your coworkers.
She added that credibility matters in the corporate world. One of the tips she gave was to choose three identifiers that you prefer to be tagged with. These three attributes must be based on what your company values.
