Dallas-based Cypress Equities recently acquired about 12.7 acres of property near the intersection of Crystal Falls Parkway and Lakeline Boulevard. Cypress Equities will be using this area as site for its new project in Leander, a grocery-anchored center that will be called Crystal Falls Town Center.
About 63, 182 sq. ft. of the 93, 642 sq. ft. complex will be leased to Randalls as its main tenant. Cypress said that the rest of the restaurant and retail space is under negotiations with other renters.
The construction of the center starts before the summer ends and will be completed in 2016.
