The area in East Austin along State Highway 130 toll road has for the most part remained empty since its opening in 2006 however that is about to change. On September 12, 2012 Taurus of Texas Holdings LP is breaking ground on what will become a master-planned community on 2,063 acres, complete with 7,500 residential rooftops and up to 2 million sf of office and retail space.
