Gateway to Falconhead is a new 127,000 sf office space and retail space development planned for Bee Cave Tx. Located along highway 620 at the intersection of Falconhead drive this 14 acre development will break ground in May.
Plans are to initially build out 46,860 sf of retail space (7 buildings) and 80,000 sf of office space later in the fall. The office space will be built out as condos that will be available for sale or lease.
St Croix Capital Advisors was chosen to develop and market the property. The new development comes at a time when office and retail space occupancy and rental rates are at the highest level we have seen in a long time.
