New Office Space Slated For Construction in NW Austin

Two new office buildings are going to be built in NW Austin beginning in late summer, early fall.  Champion Office Park and Paloma Ridge.  The last time NW Austin had new office space was between 2005 and 2007.  Experts expect continued growth in Northwest Austin’s office market as job growth continues to be strong which causes available space to shrink and rental rates to rise.

Champion Office Park

Will be located at FM 2222 and Capital of Texas Hwy (Loop 360) will have 2 four story buildings with a combined 220,600 rsf.  One will have 116,800 rsf and the other 103,800 rsf.  The developers think they can open by September 2014 and Tenants could begin improvements around July 2014

Paloma Ridge

Will be located on RR 620 between Parmer Lane and Lake Creek Parkway.  Koontz McCombs is construction this office building which will be 350,850 rsf.
