New Retail Space in North Austin’s Avery Ranch

Retail owners at The Shops at Avery Ranch, located on the SE Corner of Parmer Lane & Avery Ranch Blvd are expected to begin opening my November 2012.  Two retail centers with a total of 43,500 sf will be constructed and ready for tenants such as Tony C’s Pizza & Wine Bar, Kidspa Austin, Realty Austin, etc. to open for business.  This is a very high dense   area with a lot of traffic which is welcome news for new Austin Retailers.
