DraugiemGroup’s Lovely Riga Headquarters have adopted a wall free office set up. It is literally an open space office where desks are arranged in a manner where employees need not to worry about work privacy.

The company also adopted some plants around the office to lessen employee’ stress, encourage a well circulated fresh air, which according to studies helps employees to focus at work.
