After acquiring Thomas Properties Group, Parkway Properties has instantly become one of the largest Austin office space landlords in the city. They now own over 2.4M square feet of office space in downtown Austin, including the Frost Bank Tower.
They don’t plan on stopping here either. Austin is a dynamic market and Parkway seeks to actively pursue other Austin office assets in the near future.
Parkway properties started in the 1970’s and over the last two years has been working on upgrading its portfolio which includes over $2.5B in Class A office property purchases.
