When the 386 acres of land in North Austin was acquired by Karlin Real Estate from Dell Inc. in 2013, the Los Angeles-based firm dreamed to develop a flexible, quality and economical office space for its future tenants. The Vice President of Karlin announced that the undeveloped piece of land will be transformed into “Parmer Austin”, one of the biggest business parks in Austin area.
The first phase of the project dubbed as Parmer 3.2 covers a 192,000 square foot office building located in McCallen Pass and Howard Lane. Another sister building called Parmer 3.1 is being constructed beside it.
