One of Austin’s prime locations – 203 Colorado St.- will be on sale very soon as Compass Learning – the main tenant of the building – is likely to move its headquarters once the corporate buyout of the company is finalized. The location is a prime spot as it is close to Colorado Tower, The Austonian and other prime high-rise locations in the downtown area. According to the brokers of the listing, it is a very unique opportunity that may not happen again quite easily. The building is also said to be very unique given its design and architecture. CBRE has yet to release the full details on how 203 Colorado St. will be occupied or leased.
