Austin Community College (ACC) has recently entered a public-private partnership with Rackspace in which the tech company will relocate 570 employees to the new campus. the San Antonio based company plans to occupy the old Dillard’s space in late 2015. This new partnership will also create paid internships for ACC students as well as other technology training opportunities.
Austin commercial real estate development firm, Live Oak-Gottesman, will spearhead the renovations in the 4 story, 194k sf space.
