The site at 74 Rainey Street measuring 0.57 acres was acquired by a new owner. There will be some construction at the area which requires some food trailers to move before the end of this year. This was confirmed by Fremont Holdings LLC.
The company that purchased the property is based in Manhattan with an address of 165 E. 73rd Street. It was originally planned to be the foundation of a 32-story building. It was rejected due to some requirements but Fremont Holdings was able to come up with a new site plan and requested for a Fair Notice Review.
