Redevelopment in Austin Won by Endeavor and Columbus Realty

Columbus Realty and Endeavor have emerged victoriously for the redevelopment of Plaza Saltillo, which is located in downtown Austin. The decision was based on the deliberation made by the Capital Metro board.

This project is to redevelop an 11-acre site east of I-35 in Austin. At the moment, it is a vacant lot which will be turned into shops, apartments and a grocery store. It will be surrounding the MetroRail stop once finished.

This is considered one of the biggest deals in the estate industry this year. Endeavor and Columbus Realty overcame some of the most famous developers in Austin.
