A huge development is coming at the Lady Bird Lake to be made possible by Ryan Cos. This construction company is set to build “The Waterfront.” It is a proposed office development measuring 625,000 square feet near Pleasant Valley Road.
This project is given a budget of $210 million. The company deals with construction and development. It is based in Minneapolis that is why it is barely new to the Austin area.
The design of “The Waterfront” will be handled by TBG Partners and STG Design. It will include a dog park, food truck court, rooftop café and outdoor courtyards.
