Sandalwood Gives Northwest Austin Retail Space a $2 Million Facelift

Sandalwood, a commercial real estate management firm that is based in Austin announced today the name change and renovation of North Fork Shopping Center. The said renovation is worth $2 million.

North Fork Shopping Center is now called “The Hub” will be in a 165,000 sq ft shopping center. The shopping mall will provide a contemporary retail space for regional and national brands. The mall will have an interior and exterior renovation. It will also increase the height of the building. The plan is to create a modern, bright, and high-quality center.
