The newest Schlotzsky’s restaurant has recently opened its doors to the public in Austin after it has been acquired by FOCUS Brands in 2006 and moved its corporate headquarters out of the city in 2015. The “Austin Eatery” can be found in Duluth and many fans of the old Schlotzsky restaurant would find its menu reminiscent to the first branch of the restaurant in 1971. The interior of the restaurant is also Austin-inspired, from its flooring to graphics. The company will be reviewing customer reviews regarding the new restaurant in the next coming months before the next location will be opened next year.
