Shoutz Inc., a video network operator, recently acquired Front Flip LLC. Front Flip is a developer of a mobile application which deals with customer engagement. It is based on Leawood, Kansas. The financial end of the deal was not disclosed. Front Flip started its operations in 2010 and has 34 workers in 2014.
On the other hand, Shoutz started in 2011. It is a developer of social media network for mobile engagement. The video sharing that it operates enables users to communicate on a much personal level.
In 2013, Shoutz completed a $4 million worth of funding from 35 investors.
