Austin software developer Convey Inc. has announced that they have completed their Series A funding target of over $4.5 million thanks to several investors. Convey has been working on several changes in its roster for the past couple of years, launching a first wave of funding rounds in 2014, changing its name and revising its executives in the process of improving its services. Their platform, an online application, tackles on showing freight shipping rates and it is being maintained by 12 workers. The additional funds will be used for its engineering sector and its investors included Corsa Ventures, Capital Factory, Silverton Partners and Techstars Ventures.
