Digital advertising company Sizmek, Inc has recently leased 17,077 sf at the IBC Bank Plaza in Downtown Austin. Located at 500 West 5th Street, IBC Bank Plaza is one of the newest class A office buildings in Downtown Austin.
Sizmek was recently located in North Texas however like other companies they wanted to be close to the hip, millennial workforce that Austin, Texas has to offer. The IBC building has a lot of amenities to offer Sizmek employees including easy access to restaurants, bars, and hike and bike trails. There are also bike storage and shower facilities available for the employees.
Sizmek Inc is a fairly new corporate entity as it’s a spin off from Dallas based Digital Generation.
