The Austin-based Epicor Software Corporation has launched its recruitment program called the Hiring Heroes Program. It aims to hire military veterans to the company, and it already started in April. Epicor Software Corp. has an objective of adding 100 veterans to their talent pool in the succeeding 12 months. The program will fill vacant positions in sales, IT and marketing department.
As per Shane Hicks, VP of Global Talent for Epicor, they have used the online platform Hirepurpose to invite the veterans on this job opportunity. Hirepurpose was created by the military veterans to reach out to their fellow veterans.
