Civitas Learning Inc. continues its vision to help students, faculty members and school administrators as it plans to expand its operations after receiving $16 million worth of funds during its third round of financing. The Austin-based software company collected the capital investment from Rethink Education, a firm that is based in New York and supports education technology-related startups.
Way back in 2013, the company received $8.7 million funds from six investors. Meanwhile, it also completed a $4.1 million funding from three financiers in 2012.
As of this moment, the software developer has a total of $28 million worth of financing.
