- Expect the worst from these people, in terms of workmanship and attitude. And create the needed emotional distance from them.
- It is not the first time to meet difficult people, so rearrange your thoughts and do not give in to their actions.
- Do not interrupt. Let them whine and complain about something. Respond only when needed.
- Removing difficult people in the workplace is also acceptable.
