Lost Pines Resort and Spa’ stake was given up Woodbine Development for $143M Hotels Corp. The resort that is near the Colorado River is a family’s favorite. It is also the choice of companies on corporate meetings and executive retreats. The acquisition of the property is said to include a $65 million property debt.
Woodbine is a property developer in Dallas. The Lost Pines Resort and Spa was built with 491 rooms that sit on 405 acres.
Most of the company’s current projects are located in Arizona, San Antonio, Fort Worth and Dallas.
