thinkEAST Austin’s Newest Development of Live-Work Studios

Developer Richard deVarga recently announced his newest development, thinkEAST Austin, which will be a mix of lower cost, mixed-use, live-work spaces that will be well suited for creative types in industries such as technology, design, music, film, fashion, etc..  It will be located near Austin’s East 7th Gateway Corridor, from which there are multiple parks and trails nearby.
