It was saddening to hear the news that one of the 23 critical victims from the SXSW rampage died. Sandy Le had serious head injuries and was one of the 23 victims who was considered in critical condition. She had been battling with death since Thursday after the dreaded incident at SXSW.
Steven Craenmehr, a 35-years old musician and Jamie West, 25, an Austin boutique clerk were both pronounced dead last Thursday. Rashad Owens, the culprit for the SXSW rampage was charged with two counts of capital murder.
