New Year resolutions have been part of our lives every January. We list all the things that we want to accomplish for the year. However, we tend to forget that along with these resolutions we need to break our bad habits in order for us to succeed.
If you are aiming to be more productive in your job, evaluate the factors that have been keeping you out of focus. Determine if low productivity is caused by stress or uncontrolled use of social media. Change your behavior at a slow pace and give yourself enough time to adapt the new change.
