A research study was conducted from the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development regarding employees work habits of twenty-four countries. They have found out that Asian countries and the US have similar average working hours, which is more than forty-eight hours per week.
Researchers also discovered that 76% of these workers only uses 10 of their 14 vacation leaves,and one to four employees are not able to use their vacation leave. But, this is the intriguing part, workers from companies who have unlimited vacation policy perform better at work!
A research that was conducted by the society for Human Resource Management said that only one percent of US companies offered unlimited paid vacation leaves and one of them is Netflix.
