Living in upscale apartments is no longer a dream in Austin as known real estate investment firm Community Development Trust is now working with the Austin Affordable Housing Corp. to improve the services of two apartment complexes in Northern Austin, ensuring that it would be cheaper for tenants. According to reports, the purchase of The Bridge at Center Ridge and The Bridge at Tech Ridge amounted to $67 million and preferred by tenants working with Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung and other major companies with offices in the area. The two areas were originally owned by CWS Apartment Homes, known for their classification as one of the area’s best places to work for female employees.
