Velocis Fund, a Dallas based real estate investment company has recently purchased two Austin office buildings for an undisclosed amount from Moore & Associates. The two class A office buildings are located at
- 9737 Great Hills Trail – Arboretum Atrium – 91,083 RSF
- 804 Las Cimas Blvd – Las Cimas I – 82,787
Moore & Associates will remain a minority steak holder and will continue to manage and lease the properties.
