The statement released by the president of Webcore Technologies, Jordan Bean, revealed that the Austin based company has been bought by Evolve IP LLC. However, the amount paid by the company from Pennsylvania remained confidential.
Bean also assured its clients and prospects that Webcore will continue to provide IT support services and solutions through its call center and recovery system.
Established in 2006, Evolve IP has grown its operations to Philadelphia, Cleveland, Las Vegas and Chicago. Meanwhile, Webcore was founded in 1996 and merged with Tenant Solutions in 2013. Since then, the incorporated company offers hosting, design and technology support.
