Austin-based online coupon supplier WhaleShark Media is renaming itself after the company’s biggest brand – RetailMeNot. RetailMeNot, the company’s most popular digital coupon site, will now be the company’s new name according to their most recent news release.
The company is also making maneuvers to go public – the company has recently enlisted three separte investment banks to prepare for an initial public offering. The estimated timeline for the IPO is unclear at this time.
