Governor Nikki Haley of South Carolina has discussed in the recent National Press Club discussion how the country can establish equal economic and social development.
Using South Carolina as an example, Haley stressed that her constituents are enjoying a lot of opportunities in every industry and even the minorities are given the chance to work on automotive and high-tech industries.
Investments were heavily done for education and additional training for its citizens. Racial relations are also quite good in South Carolina because people understand the sentiment felt by minorities and become welcoming. Haley had also indicated certain laws to protect the rights of citizens used in South Carolina.
