Whole Foods makes loan to 10-year-old Austin 'Shark Tank' starAustin’s giant organic grocer, Whole Foods Market Inc, gave a loan to the growing beverage company BeeSweet Lemonade. This small business made is being operated by Mikaila Ulmer, an entrepreneur at the age of 10, together with her family.

BeeSweet made it big through their exposure in the show “Shark Tank” and an interview with the Austin Business Journal. Through the loan program of Whole Foods, companies can loan up to $100,000.

On 2014, BeeSweet sold 25,000 bottles via Whole Foods’ 10 branches. The partnership was expanded on January 2015 by distributing the product through 35 branches of Whole Foods.
