The Equal Pay Act was signed in 1963 to ensure that men and women receive equal pay for equal work, however did you know that women today still earn $77 cents for every dollar earned by men? Even though half of the workforce is made up of women they are still paid less.
Have we made progress or not? I say not….we need to work on this!!
