Working From Home Increases Productivity

Since we are in the digital age and to most of us, internet has become part of our daily life. Some company has hybrid teleworkers. These workers can work from home 1 to 3 days per week.

Studies show that employees who work from home at least one or more days per week have higher productivity than employees who works from the office the whole week. According to Dr. Rachelle Bosua, one of the leading authors from the University of Melbourne, work places and work patterns are also dynamically changing to adopt our digital technologies.  Her team’s finding indicates a positive relationship between a person’s well-being and the ability to telework improves the employee’s productivity.
