Jim Young, an Austin-based broker, continues to soar high in his entrepreneur and business development career. Just recently, the dynamic professional broker was able to close three deals that involve a multi-family community and two pieces of land within the Austin area.
A Japanese businessman that he represented together with partner Nick Nelson acquired a 156-unit apartment called the Trails at Walnut Creek. The property was located at 11511 Metric Blvd. The second deal concerns a 2.2-acre area located at 2440 Wickersham Lane where mixed-used buildings will be developed. The third 0.39-acre property will be used as food trailer park.
