City of Austin Makes Commercial Property Recycling Mandatory for Local Businesses

The City of Austin recently passed rules that require commercial properties to offer recycling.  That officially has gone into effect today!  Apartments with 75 units or more and office buildings with over 100,000 sf are now required to incorporate on-site recycling programs.  They city plans to expand this program over the next few years and will eventually effect other types of businesses and smaller properties
