commercial lease tour checklistWhen touring commercial properties it’s important to take notes so you remember the details about each one for comparison later on.  What you find after viewing a bunch of commercial spaces is that all the information starts to run together and you forget what each location had to offer or their key property details.

Ideally you want to group the property tours into about 3-5 at a time, about 30 minutes a part plus travel time.  By doing it this way you will be able to better compare the features and benefits of each.  Taking lots of photos and video will come in handy in helping you maintain clarity and separation of each property.

During these tours you want to evaluate the space locations within the building, views, amenities, physical characteristics, and the overall quality of the building and/or site.  The following checklist will help you evaluate the non-economic aspects of each site and help you recall all of the important details.
