Datical, an Austin-based software maker, has completed a round of $1 million financing. The company was founded in 2012 and develops database software. Datical was founded by local entrepreneurs Robert Reeves, Daniel Nelson, and Pete Pickerill.
Datical is not the first venture for the three entrepreneurs. Their previous business, Phurnace Software, was acquired by BMC Software in 2009.
Datical raised $660,000 in financing last year, which brings their total financing to $1.6 million.
