Is Activity Based Working the next big thing? Well PricewaterhouseCoopers thinks so. In an effort to increase employee productivity, creative thinking, and encourage a flexible, collaborative office environment they are giving employees a locker, a laptop, access to shared workspaces, and……..NO Desk!
Their offices are now designed with team meeting rooms, whiteboards, phone rooms for private calls, agility based (shared desk) workspaces, etc..
