Money isn’t everything to the world’s changing professional workforce

According to this article from the Washington Post today’s workforce would prefer having a job that they really enjoyed over having one that pays them more money.  This is not just an age thing either.  Both younger and older workers are seeking more joy in their work.  So what can companies do to accommodate this need?  Well having a cool office space that makes people want to come to work is a good start.  Not enough companies invest in their office space because they don’t see the benefits.  It’s a fact today that employees positively respond to employers who invest in and care about their employees workspace.
