National Small Business Week – An SBA Yearly Event

It’s National Small Business Week!  Each year starting in 1963 the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) along with the President of the United States has recognized the accomplishments and contributions that small businesses and entrepreneurs have made towards innovation, job creation, and the U.S. economy.  Over 50% of the U.S. population either own a small business or work for one.  Small businesses are responsible for creating 2 out of every 3 jobs in America each year.
