New York Commercial Buildings Beat The Heat With Ice

I think all commercial real estate office buildings should be required to use ice to supplement some of the air conditioning needs like some of these New York buildings do!  They use a process called thermal storage in which they have huge tanks on their roofs that make ice at night when electric charges are cheaper.  They then use the ice to chill the buildings air during the day.
