Located at 11510 Burnet Road, Austin Tx 78758 the mixed use Domain shopping center is breaking ground on 221,973 sf of new office space. The Class A office building is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2014. Floor plates will be 35,000 sf with a 15% add-on factor.
