Real estate agents have it made in Austin, report says

WalletHub recently hailed Austin as the 4th best city to work in if you are a real estate agent. According to the report, Austin’s real estate market and the high average of wages for real estate agents made the city appealing to real estate firms. Currently, Austin’s real estate agents earn at least an annual wage of $56,580 and the city itself is now the second best real estate market in the US. At least 29,068 single-family units were sold in 2015 alone by Austin realtors according to the last report of the Austin Board of Realtors. Other Texas cities were also included in the rankings for their real estate markets.
